    ON-DEMAND VIDEO SERVICE: 

    Joe Bala Fitness On-Demand Video service is subscription-based, month to month with no contract required. 


    IN-PERSON COACHING CANCELLATION POLICY:

    1. 24 hour notice for cancellations. 

    2. 1st time cancellation "grace".

    3. No charge for cancellations if cancelled session is rescheduled within 1 week.

    4. No shows and last minute cancellations will be charged.

    Refund Policy

    As applicable, all online coaching programs, on-demand video service, and coaching solutions provided by Joe Bala Fitness are non-refundable. No exceptions.
